The Pneumococcal Tool

The PneumoSmart Vaccination Tool has been created and managed by the Immunisation Coalition, using the pneumococcal disease vaccination recommendations in the online Australian Immunisation Handbook, and has been developed to assist GPs, medical specialists and other immunisation providers to comply with them. As pneumococcal disease vaccination recommendations change, the tool will be updated by clinical experts at the Immunisation Coalition
