National Consumer Survey

The National Preventive Health Strategy (the Strategy), an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Health, forms part of the third pillar for mental health and preventive health as outlined in Australia’s Long Term National Health Plan.

The Strategy builds on strategic work that includes the National Strategic Framework for Chronic Conditions, the National Obesity Strategy and the National Tobacco Strategy. The first phase of public consultation is the national consumer survey that is open to all Australians. Organisers hope for as many people as possible provide their perspectives on health.

The anonymous survey focuses on thoughts and experiences relating to health and well-being will take around 6-8 minutes to complete. The survey closes on Friday 31 January 2020. For more information visit the National Preventative Health Strategy webpage or contact with any questions.
