Survey: Regional Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan

Following an extensive community consultation process, the Steering Committee has developed the Consultation Draft of the Central and Eastern Sydney Regional Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan. We are now seeking feedback on the draft actions.

Your feedback is important and will be used to refine and finalise the Regional Plan. There are two ways to provide feedback.

1. Survey

You can view the draft actions and complete the survey by visiting:
The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete - although you can skip to parts of the survey that are most relevant or important to you. No questions are compulsory. You can also save your responses and come back later to complete them. The survey will close on the 3 June 2019.

2. Written submission

Organisations are invited to provide a written submission in response to the draft actions. There is no set template for written submissions. Submissions may range from a short letter outlining your organisation’s views on a particular priority area or a more comprehensive submission covering a range of priority areas or incorporating feedback from other staff members, member organisations, people with a lived experience and carers/family members.

Each submission will be considered in confidence and will not be made available publicly. Submissions will be reviewed by the Steering Committee responsible for developing the Regional Plan to inform refinement of actions.
