CESPHN now provides remote support with Team Viewer

CESPHN is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, we are now extending our Digital Health and Practice Support services by incorporating Team Viewer

Team Viewer is a widely used, remote support technology that will allow us to provide real-time support to help your practice to troubleshoot and solve digital health and practice support issues.  

This function also supports our ability to train new applications to all practice staff from a distance. Many IT support companies use Team Viewer as part of their helpdesk function so you may already have the application installed in your system.
