Treating Hepatitis C in General Practice Forum - Limited places remaining so register today!

This one day forum brings together general practitioners from around Australia to share simple strategies and local solutions for treating people living with hepatitis C in primary care and priority settings.

Learning opportunities:

  • Identify risk factors and perform assessment for advanced liver disease using the Australian Recommendations for the Management of Hepatitis C Virus Infection
  • Explain how the new direct acting antiviral treatments enable management of hepatitis C in general practice
  • Discuss the role of GPs in helping to eliminate HCV in Australia by 2030
  • Identify and implement strategies for overcoming barriers to treating hepatitis C in priority populations
  • Evaluate the feasibility of alternative models of care for the treatment of hepatitis C
