NDIS Survey for health professionals

Central and Eastern Sydney PHN would like your assistance. We are interested in hearing about health providers experience relating to the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), this will help build a picture to guide future learning and development needs.

The NDIS is one of the most important advancements in Australia for people with disability. The NDIS has significant implications for primary care providers supporting participants who wish to access the scheme.

The Survey is available online and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. If you have any difficulties completing the survey, or want to know more about how to complete the survey, please contact NDIS Transition Lead - Jenny Denford

CESPHN's intention is to also release a survey in the future specific for people with lived experience of disability, as well as their family and carers, so that their experiences, needs, opinions and views relating to the intersection between health, mental Health and the NDIS are captured.

Both surveys will inform our annual Needs Assessment which identifies health needs, service needs and workforce mapping. The outcomes of the needs assessment process will inform our future activities.

We would encourage promotion of this survey to ensure health providers are given the opportunity to comment on their experience of the implementation of the NDIS.

If you would like to participate in this survey you will be eligible to win one of three $200 vouchers.
