FREE diabetes education with ComDiab!

New ComDiab program schedules

 

ComDiab is a FREE diabetes education program for people at risk of, or have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (and are not using insulin). This interactive group education program will increase participants’ knowledge and confidence in managing diabetes.

ComDiab is expertly designed and delivered by trained registered nurses or health professionals who are accredited with Diabetes NSW and ACT. The program provides information on healthy eating, physical activity, maintaining a healthy body weight, and preventing complications.

Programs are offered regularly across CESPHN. Below are the upcoming program schedules.

Community Diabetes Education Programs in the South Eastern Sydney region

 

Programs are held at the Sutherland Hospital and Community Health Service (HealthOne, 126 Kareena Rd, Miranda NSW 2228).

Dates and Times:

  • 12 March 2019, 10.00 am – 1.00 pm
