Psoriatic Arthritis Clinic Rheumatology Department Concord Hospital

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a destructive arthritis affecting up to one in three psoriasis sufferers. Delays in identification can lead to preventable joint damage and disability. Untreated psoriatic arthritis can lead to difficulty managing glycaemic control, hyperlipidaemia and depression.

We want to assess any patient with psoriasis and significant joint pains:

  • Back or neck pain
  • Pain and/or swelling in the upper or lower limbs
  • Other significant musculoskeletal complaints

We provide rapid assessment and management in a weekly PsA clinic, or ongoing care in the general rheumatology clinics if necessary.

Send any referrals to:

Dr Barry Kane or Dr Daniel Sumpton
