Events for frontline workers

Across the country, the NDIS and our partners hold regular events including community information sessions to educate the general public, potential participants, their families and carers, and providers about the NDIS.

These sessions are designed to support frontline managers and staff develop and increase their understanding of NDIS and how to work with participants in this new environment.

Supported Decision Making Training Workshops- The NSW Public Guardian is offering free, full day, tailored workshops for disability service staff to promote the decision making rights of people with disabilities. Delivered in the context of the NDIS, these workshops focus on supported decision making and capacity building.

Workshops can be organised in-house or for multiple providers in a central location.
