Our purpose

The Central and Eastern Sydney PHN Immunisation Program aims to reduce the incidence of vaccine preventable diseases in the community by providing appropriate and timely information to immunisation providers and the community, and promote the delivery of the National Immunisation Program (NIP).

The Immunisation Program Officers can assist with:

  • Childhood immunisation overdue reports in areas of low coverage rates
  • The access and use of one AIR online 
  • Advice in the event of a cold chain breach
  • Advice in the event of a power outage 
  • Data logger support and training
Reporting a Cold Chain Breach

Need to report a cold chain breach (CCB)?

Report immediately to your local Public Health Unit (PHU):

You will be required to email the following 3 documents to your PHU:

  • Data logger 5 minutre readings and graph
  • Twice daily temperature records
