Become an ANSC GP

To be eligible to be a member of the Antenatal Shared Care Program at the Royal Hospital for Women (RHW), the GP must fulfil the requirements for registration.

Registration for Antenatal Shared Care requires:

  • Complete pdf RHW ANSC GP Registration Form (105 KB) (also located in Affiliation Information RHW)
  • Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Current membership of a medical defence association
  • Attendance at an Antenatal Shared Care Intake meeting
  • 12 points of CESPHN - delivered or endorsed Antenatal Shared Care educational activities for each triennium.
  • Police check and working with children check (WWCC)
  • 100 pts of identification usually certified copy of Drivers Licence and certified copy of passport (if not an Australian Citizen, must include copy of visa as well as the 100 points ID

*Quality Assurance activities will be conducted periodically by CESPHN
