What is Partners in Recovery and who can use it?

Partners in Recovery provides support to people who experience severe and persistent mental illness and live in Eastern and South Eastern Sydney. People will be allocated a Support Facilitator who will work alongside them to identify their goals and needs and connect them with a range of services and supports. Partners in Recovery is funded to 30 June 2019 and is currently transitioning to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). If you are eligible for Partners in Recovery and NDIS we can support you to apply for the NDIS.

All Governments have made a commitment that no Partners in Recovery participants will be disadvantaged by the transition to the NDIS. Continuity of Support arrangements are being finalised and further information will be provided to providers and clients as it becomes available.
