Information Line for Psychosocial Services

What is the CESPHN Information Line for Psychosocial Services?

1800 317 526

psychosocialinfo@cesphn.com.au

Please note that the Information Line for Psychosocial Services telephone number will no longer be operating after the 16th October. Information about psychosocial services will still be available via email.

Central and Eastern Sydney PHN’s new Information Line is a referral service available for people within the community with severe mental illness, who wish to access psychosocial supports, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It is accessible to consumers and providers.

This Information Line will provide a central point in the CESPHN region for information about accessing psychosocial services. The Information Line is available to provide information and offer referral pathways to mental health services and supports that will best suit a person’s needs.

The CESPHN Information Line for Psychosocial Services is NOT a crisis service.

If crisis assistance is required, please call 000 or the NSW Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511.

The Information Line for Psychosocial Services is available to providers, or people in the community who:

  • Live in the CESPHN region
  • Have a severe mental illness and associated psychosocial functional impairment
  • Need information or support to access mental health services

and/or

  • Need support to test eligibility for the NDIS

How to access the Service?

If you, or someone you know, requires more information about psychosocial services, or needs support to test eligibility for the NDIS, please contact the Information Line for Psychosocial Services on 1800 317 526 before the 16th October, or send an email now to psychosocialinfo@cesphn.com.au
